Yes — if your order is placed before 12 PM (noon) and totals $35 or more, we’ll deliver the same day at no extra cost. Orders placed after 12 PM go out the next day.

No worries! If we can’t reach you during delivery, we’ll leave your items in a safe spot (shaded, covered area if possible). You’ll get a delivery photo and text confirmation right after

While we can’t guarantee exact windows, we always aim to deliver between 12 PM – 7 PM. Let us know in your order notes if you have a preferred time — we do our best to accommodate!

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened or used chemicals. If the item is sealed and unused, returns are accepted within 14 days.

We’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll swap it out for the correct item or issue a credit.

Let us know within 24 hours and send a photo of the damage — we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
